Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd. (DCBL) has entered into a binding agreement with Sarvapriya Healthcare Solution Pvt Ltd (SHSPL) to divest its holding (42.36%) in Dalmia Bharat Refractories Ltd (DBRL) at a consideration of INR 800 Cr.
